Originally from Wisconsin, Shannon’s love affair with the Emerald Coast began in the early ‘90s when her family bought a home in Santa Rosa Beach. She visited as often as possible, finally calling the area home full-time in 2013 where she is currently raising her two children with her husband, Dave.

With an MBA from Tulane University and dual bachelor's degrees in Japanese and Communication from the University of Colorado, Shannon brings a global perspective and strategic expertise to the real estate world. Her extensive background in sales, real estate marketing, and property management gives her an edge in navigating the competitive market. She’s also deeply involved in the local community, making connections that benefit both buyers and sellers alike.
